The moment we started thinking about you our lives changed forever. And since you've arrived my life has been turned upside down. I've never been so full of wonder, joy, tears and pain as I have been since you burst into the world on that dark and cold November day. You make me want to be better, you've made me scared of the dark and hopeful for the light that is still in all of us. Here are my honest thoughts as I watch you grow and pictures of the vast world around you. They are here to give you comfort, to help you understand who I am apart from you, to impart lessons when I am too overwhelmed to impart them myself and to remind you that my love for you and your dad is deeper and wider than any love I've ever known.
